ADORBS ONLINE (Pty) Ltd "Adorbs" is a South African B2C fast e-commerce platform. The company mainly focuses on children's apparel, shoes, accessories, party supplies, educational toys, school supplies and other fashion items. The brand was founded in 2020 and launched in May 2021.
Our Vision and Mission
Adorbs prides itself in offering trending styles catering for children AKA "Bundle of joy". Our long-term vision is for our consumers to shop anything they can think of for children. To achieve this, on a more regular basis we add categories to give our consumers the best shopping experience and an almost complete shop for kids.
Adorbs is able to stay on top of the latest trends from around the globe and we have partnered with the best suppliers to make sure we put a smile on our bundle of joy. So whether you're searching for comfortable day care clothing, that cute dress for a special occasion, holiday essentials, party supplies or latest trendy educational toys, Adorbs is the ultimate online shop for you.
Meet our founder
Adorbs Online was founded by Lebogang Masemula, a qualified Chartered Accountant of South Africa who was born and bred in Kwa-Thema, the East of Johannesburg and has always been passionate about business from a young age.
At the age of 12, she recalls telling her mom that one day she will be a CEO of one of the big companies listed on the JSE. Being a firm believer that nothing comes easy in life, this dream led her to work extremely hard in school and along the journey of obtaining her CA (SA) designation, she grew the passion of entrepreneurship and decided that she will one day pursue and build a sustainable business from scratch.
During and post articles, she was fortunate to work at one of the big four audit firms both in South Africa and internationally which gave her a great platform to learn more about business, boost her business acumen and also become a well-rounded professional with a great work ethic.
In January 2020, she was presented with an opportunity to live and work in Scotland for quite some time and due to COVID-19, unfortunately her contract was terminated. She had to pack her bags and come back home.
Being a positive optimistic person that she is, she used the pandemic to her advantage and worked harder on her dream and this is when ADORBS was born.
ADORBS is a short cute name for adorable and is all about inspiring delight into our bundle of joys. Our long term vision is to have an ultimate complete shop for kids that is convenient for our customers.
