ADORBS Lay-By terms and conditions
1. When purchasing from Adorbs using the lay-by agreement, you will have an interest free period of 3 months (starting on date of agreement) in which to make full payment for the goods purchased.
2. Minimum order value is R600.
3. The price of these goods is firm (i.e. does not change when the item is on sale) during this period and can be paid off in any manner.
4. Lay-by is not available on any goods that are on Special/Discount at that time.
5. To lay-by goods, the customer must pay a minimum deposit of R150 and subsequently make repayments within 3 months until the total price is paid. This will have to be arranged with the Customer Service team and further details (i.e. bank details, cell phone number for card less service) will be provided to the customer.
6. We will issue you with a lay-by agreement and also an invoice which will have a reference number that has to be quoted every time a payment is made.
7. Payments can be made either using EFT or any other card less services.
8. Lay-by agreements may be cancelled within 7 days of the agreement date (free of charge). If the lay-by is cancelled after 7 days of the agreement date, the cancellation fee of 1% of the retail price of your order will be deducted from the amount due to you. The refund will be paid to you within 48 hours after cancellation.
9. The total invoice amount must be paid on or before the stated end date of agreement. If not, the agreement automatically expires and we will refund you all the money you have paid and pay it back to you within 48 hours.
10. Once the full payment has been made, we will send you an email and your order will be processed and delivered to the shipping address provided. Should your shipping address change, please urgently contact Customer Service so we can amend this on our side.
