Refund policy
DISCLAIMER - All customers are required to send items back to us at their own cost via PEP PAXI (at the cost of R59.99).
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have received, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new, unused condition.
Returns & Exchanges:
1. Customer to contact the customer care team at info@adorbs.online or alternatively send us a WhatsApp at +27 (0)69 856 8405 indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. You will receive the response as soon as possible and our team will then send you an email confirming the instructions and the drop off location for the goods to be returned.
3. Once the order is received, this will be reviewed by our team to check if the items are in an appropriate condition. Most returns are processed within 2 days after we receive your package.
4. We will issue the refund back to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email as well.
For exchanges, we will process your order with the correct items and you will receive a confirmation email.
Returns conditions
1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
2. Due to hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear/bodysuits
- Underwear
- Jewelry, and
- Accessories (except for scarves, bags, and blankets)
3. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-ADORBS products.
NOTE: If applicable, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
