How to inflate the number balloon?
1. Find the tab opening located at the bottom of the balloon
2. Insert air pump or straw at the tab opening (NB: air pump not included in the package)
3. When you finish pumping, press the self-sealing tail
NOTE: Inflate the balloon about 90% full and do not over inflate as this will make the balloon burst.
